Great 24/4 communication and service. High recommended!

Genuinely cares about your requirements and is extremely knowledgeable.

Meredith was friendly and welcoming from the start. She listend to precisely what we were looking for, showed positive energy for all of the homes we looked at and was honest with what we were looking at and our overall budget for the area. I feel that after seeing a few homes that did not quite fit our search, she took as to what is not our brand new home and we are very happy with the job she has done. She has shown up to every appointment, walked through the home and inspections with us and just has a very kind nature and a fun energy. We have loved the local recommendations that she has provided us with and the thoughfulness she has given to us.

Meredith was incredible to work with! My husband and I were very busy at the time and Meredith made sure to help us handle everything with our best interests in mind. She was consistently communicative and honest. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Meredith was always very responsive to our calls, which were many! She patiently guided us through the whole buying process. We are Seniors who needed a little extra help with the on-line docusign documents. Meredith was our home search consultant for about 4 years. Thank you, Meredith, for your diligence in helping us find a home that met our many needs and being there for all the closing procedures, which was very reassuring to us. We highly recommend Meredith Morse to anyone seeking a partner in the process of buying or selling a house.

Meredith was incredible to work with. She is very trustworthy and dependable. She helped us tremendously, as we are living out of state. She knew our selections and went to the selection meeting on behalf of us. We would recommend Meredith th our family because she is friendly, helpful, professional, caring, and very knowledgable.

We purchased a brand new home while living in another state 5 hours away--definitely a challenge, but Meredith Morse made it an easy and smooth transition. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us with each step of the new house purchase. She was with us each time we came into town, even helping make selections, sharing her experience and creative thinking to make sure we got everything we wanted and even things we didn't know we wanted or needed. She was there for us even when we couldn't come into town at inspections and sent us photo updates during the process. We truly appreciate all she did and we are very pleased with our new home!

Meredith Morse was helped me tremendously to get the closing dates extended multiple times and worked hard to manage the expectations of the sellers demands and timelines.

Meredith was phenomenal. She was always available, went above and beyond what was expected of her, and treated us with courtesy and professionalism. She came through when we least expected and ensured she not only took care of us, but shared her knowledge when needed. Her recommendations were outstanding and shared a great purpose in how we moved forward. Highly recommend and would definitely work with again!
