Mervin Calverley

Mervin was absolutely exceptional to work with! We were making a big transition in our lives to purchase a new home from out of state which can be stressful to say the least, but Mervin made it so easy with lots of clear communication and updates on our home options and final purchase. He was always available for questions and gave us great insight on the area and community. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent a new home.

My parents and I hired Mervin to sell their home of 25 years. Our experience with him was 10 out of 10. If you are looking for a realtor you might be tempted to hire a young hotshot thinking they are "hungry" or "motivated." If I had done that I would have missed out on the best realtor I have ever worked with. When I initally looked up Mervin I saw he had closed hundreds of sales. When I worked with him I found out why: Mervin has energy, loves his job, has excellent sales and negotiating skills and made the entire process easy for us because he went the extra mile. I would have been happy with "good" but instead I got excellent and it was truly a pleasure to work with Mervin. Bottom line on our sale - we got an offer the first day and had a smooth close in 30 days. Mervin was the right realtor for us.

Working with Mervin was an outstanding experience. From day one, he made the process feel effortless — keeping us informed at every step and coordinating seamlessly with the buyer's agent so nothing fell through the cracks. His communication was prompt, proactive, and thorough. He never left us guessing, and consistently went above and beyond to anticipate issues before they arose. His professionalism and genuine commitment to our success made all the difference. If you want an agent who truly advocates for you and goes the extra mile — Mervin is your person. We couldn't recommend him more highly.
