Working with Mike was an amazing experience! I recently sold my first house, and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. Mike understood my personal situation and remained patient and helpful the whole way through. He has incredible knowledge in the field as he was able to give me so much information throughout the entire process. I will definitely use his services again!

Mike Barber of Cressy & Everett provided excellent service when representing me in the purchase of land. Mike is highly professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The whole process went smoothly and I would definitely recommend Mike plus the team at Cressy & Everett to any persons seeking a real estate agent in South West Michigan.

Mike was always a true professional. He always answered all our questions in a very timely manner. MIke showed patience with us throughout our journey to find the perfect condo in South Haven. With Mike's attention to detail, our purchase went smoothly and was enjoyable. Mike always accommodated our request to see a condo - even on short notice. We would definitely use Mike again

Mike was the absolute best in helping us with everything. We could not have had a more pleasant experience with purchasing the house. We recommend him above all others.

GREAT!!!!!

Mike was excellent to work with! We found a house we loved, contacted Mike, and he started working with us right away to negotiate terms and get under contract quickly. He was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking, was very detail-oriented, responsive, friendly and always on top of everything. We would highly recommend Michael Barber to anyone.

Mike provided a much needed market analysis as we had multiple appraisals that failed to provide clarity. Property was owned as tenants in common and 2 of the 3 tenants had virtually no past experience in the marketing/sale of real estate. Mike was able to explain in common terms the target pricing logic along with appropriate comps. His calming personality and in depth knowledge was invaluable in getting them through the process. He is timely, proactive, knowledgeable, conducts himself in a professional manner and can be trusted. My career required 9 relocations, 7 of which involved the Purchase/Sale of Real Estate and he is the best I have ever dealt with. We were lucky to have him as our agent and I HIGHLY recommend him!

Mike Barber was a terrific agent as my family moved to SW Michigan! He asked good questions to understand our must-haves and nice-to-haves. He was accessible nearly anytime and communicated well via email, phone, text, and in-person. His knowledge of the area and recommendations were extremely helpful since we had never lived there. Virtual showings were done quickly and at times that were convenient for us. His guidance on our offer and during negotiations helped us land a wonderful new home. Choose Mike for your next real estate need. You'll be glad you did!

Mike was everything we could have asked for as our representative. Communication and follow-up were outstanding, will recommend him when the opportunity comes up.
