Mike was great to work with always answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Mike Barber was phenomenal to work with in the selling of my home. This was the first home I have ever sold and he made sure I understood each step of the negotiations, he proactively provided solutions to help me maximize my sales potential, and communicated on a regular basis. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Mike and have already recommended other friends and family take advantage of his services. I will definitely use Mike again in the future

I'm a very tough old retired military guy . I don't take a lot of guff from people and can smell a liar and a phony a mile away . Mike Barbar was an honest professional . He alway found solutions and answers to , what seemed to me , impossible situations. Maybe more importantly Mike was able to communicate to me, in layman terms , what was really going on with the process , the seller and the loan company If you are looking for an honest , and professional person to guide you through the confusing and scary maze of home buying or selling , I most strongly recommend Mike Barber.
