We cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael. He was extremely open to our needs, flexible, very willing to help in any way and wonderful at communicating every need or concern (and we had many!!) (He was even known to be up late at night, sending us emails so that we could respond when we woke up! VERY dedicated!) We asked him to take on a property that was quite a challenge and he did it with all smiles! He was on top of every task immediately. The house went on the market, it had a contract in four days and the ENTIRE process was complete in less than a month. I credit all of this to Michael Gailliott. I would highly recommend him to all our friends and family. Totally enjoyed working with him. He is a definite asset to Century 21 New Millennium.

Michael Gailliot is a person you want in your corner. He reminded me that we were a team and reassured me that we were in this together. He made it clear that it was important to him that I was happy and satisfied with any decisions. It was challenging for him, but he gave every effort to see me smile.... House after house, seller after seller; going back and forth on sales prices; one document after another.... He was patient and supportive, and very understanding. Mike did not appear as an Agent but a concern individual, and personal caring guy. I would highly recommend him to others. In the end, he did accomplish his goal .... I did smile Michael :-). I had been working with Michael Gailliot for almost a year before my house went on the market. He prepared me for what a buyer would look for and what I may want as a seller. He is a very personal guy with a great sense of humor. He was very patient and sensitive with my concerns. Mike Gailliot went beyond the call of duty to sell our home, he was more like family than just an agent.

I strongly recommend Michael Gailliot to anyone I know. He has proven himself through every moment of this home buying process. His knowledge as we walk through homes has been very supportive. In addition though, he is honest when he does not know and is quick to research and find out information for me. He is very patient as I have asked some of the same questions multiple times as I try to gain more understanding about pieces to this whole process. He is always respectful and professional. When my daughter would go with us on house showings, he was always respectfully playful with her and helped her to feel an important part of this process as well when she needed it. She now tells me that "Mr. Gailliot is my pal". Mr. Gailliot was always easily reachable, even when he was out of the country during some of the days after I had a contract on a house, he was still so on top of things that I never would have known he was not right here in Virginia, had he not told me. This is a scary process to buy a home...especially as a first time home-buyer. Mr. Gailliot has helped to ease my concerns and fears along the way. He is honest and thoughtful in his responses, and I have felt free to be honest and open with him as I figure things out along the way. I have already referred several people to him, even though they already had realtors. I will happily continue to refer his services to anyone I hear of who is interested in selling/buying a house. He even went the extra mile to go through additional training required to work with the first time home buyers organization I went through, to make sure that he understood their unique steps and requirements to help make the process run as smoothly as possible. I am so grateful and blessed to have had Mr. Gailliot as my realtor. He truly has made this first experience a very positive one.
