Michael was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He made the home buying process feel seamless and effortless.

Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, patient, and thorough. He did an excellent job maintaining communication and ensuring that our needs and preferences were being addressed. He was also knowledgeable about the area and did his research about the houses that he showed us. Michael was always kind and accommodating and never pushy. We're extremely grateful for his care and professionalism throughout the process of buying our new home.

Michael Hager is the best realtor, 10/10. Looking for the best home took work, but having Michael took a lot of stress away. He responded to texts and calls immediately, toured houses for us, and sent videos. Looking for a home in person is stressful; wait until you are overseas. We have already gotten our house, but he is still available to assist in anything else until we arrive in the US. Words are not enough to describe the type of help we received from Michael during these tough times with the current housing market crisis. He showed so much care, treated us with respect, and gave us hope when it seemed like nothing was left. Being overseas and looking for a home added to our stress, but Michael continued to reassure us that it would work out in the end, and it did. We will refer him any day and anytime to anyone who needs assistance finding a home. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We are very grateful to have him work with us.

Michael Hager was amazing with his communication and his handling of the purchase of our home. We were living in Hawai'i for the start of the search, so he did digital showings until my husband arrived in VA and was available for physical showings. There was a big time zone difference, and our military move was complex; Michael was very professional and attentive to that obstacle. Michael maintained a cheery and professional disposition, at all times. We trusted his recommendations, and he seemed to be on the same page as us; he was a great listener and communicator. He went above and beyond with his consideration of our being in HI before and after the sale. He was present for various inspections before the purchase, and after the purchase, until we moved in, he offered to be there for utility set up, picking up our mail, checking on the house, etc. I highly recommend him to anyone moving to/in the area, especially military moves. We've worked with different agents and brokers during the purchase, rental, and sale of our previous home. This was by far the best experience we've had, and we look forward to working with Michael again when it's time for our next station.

Our experience with Michael was nothing short of excellent. He was insightful, professional and great with communication. We highly recommend Michael and his team for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Hampton-Roads market! 10/10!!!

I can't say enough about Michael Hager's professionalism and manners throughout the entire process. He always answered his phone whenever we called and even if he didn't have an answer immediately, he was quick to follow up and made sure that we were totally informed at all times. He was very transparent and helpful throughout the marketing and sale process and advised us well. I do not think we would have had the outcome or been able to navigate the process the same with any other agents.

Michael Hager was very professional and I felt I could trust him which meant so much.
