Excellent service provided by Michael Hickey and by seller Ron

Our agent, Michael Hickey sold our house in 1 day while we were on vacation! He helped us find new property and had a major part in selection, mitigating issues, and building our new house and property. Michael is a very effective real estate manager and I will recommend him to anyone that wants an agent that gets the job done. We have bought and sold 6 homes and Michael is the most detailed and responsive agent we have ever known. Mike has the perfect personality to be a real estate manager/agent. His demeanor with people is gentle, direct and factual. Michael stayed involved with each negotiation we had with the owner of the property and builder. He helped us stay on target. All of the Century 21 staff are very professional. You can't find a more responsive group of folks. Michaels understanding of people and real estate is amazing. He has found his calling.

I have used a number of agency's in the past and Michael would be at the top of my list for agency's who work for there clients.I would have no problem recommending him to anybody in the future and if we need an agency in the future I would indeed use him again.
