I had worked with Michael Lasek to put me into my current property, and we have an ongoing friendship and business relationship. When it was time to consider upgrading to a larger home, the choice was clear to go with the guy who knew me best, knew the market and knew the process. We were able to secure another great deal together. Michael helped us consider the location, property and to work through several potential issues prior to submitting an offer. The negotiations went smoothly, and we were able to purchase the target property at a discount to list - a surprising feat in today’s market. After signing, he was with us each step of the way to complete the diligence, assist in any needed repairs and finally get to the closing table. Michael was available throughout the transaction process, and in rare instances when he would be out-of-town, he always arranged proactively for another agent to help out. Mike could not have been more helpful to us while buying our first home. He is very knowledgeable about the market and the neighborhoods that we were interested in. He is also very knowledgeable in the buying process and made sure there were no surprises along the way. When we decided to put the offer in on our house he knew exactly what we needed to do to get the sellers to accept. There is no way we would have our house now without him!
