Michael Leary

Michael was a ton of help for us in finding our home and then dealing with the sellers realtor. It made the whole process really easy for us to get our first home.

Mike is a great guy. I have worked with him a few times in the past and would highly recommend him.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with our real estate agent, Michael Leary and can’t recommend them highly enough. From our very first meeting, he was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to helping us achieve the best possible outcome with the sale of our condo. What impressed us most was how quickly and efficiently every step of the process went. Within days of listing, we had multiple offers, and thanks to Michael's consideration and negotiation skills, we were able to sell for top dollar—well above asking. The market insight and pricing strategy were spot on. Beyond the great result, what really stood out was their attentiveness and communication. Michael was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed at every stage, and made sure we felt confident and supported throughout the process. He listened to our needs and tailored an approach to match our goals. Michael went over and beyond at close. SO grateful, for the extra support
