I was lucky enough to have been contacted by Patrick Moore when I approached Leighton Realty for information on Ocean Edge property. I could not have picked a better agent then Patrick. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Brewster market and was always available and prompt to service my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick if you are looking for someone to represent you in your real estate dealings on the Cape. I brought my property without seeing it. I would not recommend doing this but we live in Florida and refused to travel because of the COVID problems. Patrick was my eyes and ears in buying this property and he did not let us down. The property was everything he said it was.
