Melanie White did a terrific job and satisfied all of the areas you point out in your survey with skill and professionalism.

It was such a pleasure working with Sue Noller who seemed to have all the answers to my real estate questions. I would highly recommend Sue and her support team for real estate needs. Thank you Sue.

Laura was knowledgeable and professional and worked extremely hard for us. As a result, we had a great outcome.

Patrick was knowledgeable, helpful and patient while trying to find a home on the Cape I could afford!! No easy task. I've already provided his name to a friend that's looking.

Working with Patrick Moore was a pleasure - since my husband is a real estate broker himself we had high expectations & Patrick exceeded them all. He was great in all areas & we are thrilled with the results. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him to others!

The Leighton Team, represented by Melanie White, was a very positive experience in the sale of our property at 37 Billington Lane, Brewster. Melanie was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable of the area real estate market. We were very pleased to have Melanie White represent us in this sale, as she was our agent when we originally purchased the condo. We would be happy to recommend Melanie White and the Leighton Team in the future.

Kerry Mahar is the consumate professional. She is knowledgeable both with regard to purchasing a home, but also knows the Cape well, having lived here her entire life. I am a retired school principal. I am pretty sure in my line of work, I probably changed lives. I hope I did that through hiring great teachers and caring deeply about the well being of the students in my care. Kerry Mahar changes lives too. I know because she helped to change mine. I have dreamed of owning a house on the Cape for years. Kerry helped make my dream come true!

I worked with Patrick Moore on the prchase of this property. Extremely professional with down to earth common sense. He made the whole process less stressful.
