This agency has a reputation for selling a significant number of properties. The team members assigned to my sale particularly Chelsy and Carrie handled ever aspect of the sale with efficiency and dispatch. They made everything stress free. Agents showed the property to many prospective buyers increasing my chances for a sale. At the conclusion of the closing I netted an amount exceeding my asking price.

In regards to the sales process (through actual closing), the Closing Coordinator (Chelsy Baker) did an excellent job of explaining what was going to happen during the process. She rates high for communicating (responded to our calls and e-mails quickly and provided in-depth responses to our inquiries). Beyond her knowledge of the total sales process, we greatly appreciated her upbeat attitude and highly polished interactive skills. In the interest of full disclosure, we are not related to Ms. Baker nor did we know her previously (Ha, Ha, Ha). Other than previous remarks directed to the Closing Coordinator, the rest of the Leighton Realty staff gets high marks for their professional skills and for their good communication attributes.
