I always knew Michael Leighton was the perfect choice for my sale! I couldn't have asked for a sale more smoothly than this! Being off Cape, this was seamless!!! From Michael coming immediately seeing my condo. accommodating my schedule and great tips to get ready for sale, me already being overwhelmed anticipating small jobs to be done and Michael immediately called, organized and let in handyman (Eric ) that I couldn't have been more happier with!!! From beginning to end, I continued to be impressed with all the Team (Paige, Johanna, Chelsey - and apolgies any left out), So professional with my impromptu visits taking the time to talk,friendliness, immediate responses to emails and phone calls. It stood out how professional and helpful they all were, from beginning to end .. Early in season got freeze alert and I was off cape. I got a call from Leighton and they offered to go and turn the heat on!!!. I was so relieved and impressed they were proactive thinking of this. (apologies forgot name that organized). Michael Leighton's Team excel in all areas and I continued to be impressed from my first meeting with Michael to the closing. Every single thing was seamless.
