Michael Leighton and his team are knowledgeable, courteous, accessible and ultra-professional. They always answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. They worked with us on every aspect of selling an unusual and unique property. They never gave up on us and always believed in our property and the ability to bring us the right buyer for a win-win sale. We got that. We are happy to move on to something smaller with less maintenance and are thrilled for the young couple who bought our home and will make their dreams come true as we did over 21 years, raising our 2 children and loving our property. Again, Michael and his team were fantastic. They were fair and honest during the final sale negotiation. The buyers got the home and property at a very good price and we got what we needed in the agreement. Michael made that "give & take" of the negotiating process as stress free as possible and worked with us on every detail. Bottom line? Michael and his team REALLY care about their clients. We could feel that caring. They want the best for their clients and are not solely motivated by "making a buck" as so many other realtors I have dealt with over my 35 years or so of buying and selling have been. They combine the best of that old fashioned, "high touch" approach that my wife and I and my children so value and appreciate along with the best of the modern "high tech" approach to marketing, sales, etc. We truly cannot wait to work with Michael and his team again and will be more than happy to tell everybody we know about our experience with them.

The Michael and the entire Leighton Realty team (Joanna, Paige, and Chelsy) did an excellent job. They gave us a solid plan and great recommendations to sell our condo.
