MICHAEL LEIGHTON'S TEAM HAS DONE A GREAT JOB FOR MY MOTHER AND I. MY MOTHER WAS VERY CONCERN ABOUT HAVING TO MOVE FROM CAPE COD TO FLORIDA, AND LEAVING THE SALE OF HER HOUSE IN SOMEONE ELSES HANDS. MIKE'S TEAM HAS MADE OUR SITUATION SMOOTH AND VERY WELL MANAGED. THEY ALWAY STAYED IN TOUCH WITH US, LETTING US KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING. HER HOUSE WAS TIED UP IN THE REVERSE MORTGAGE PROGRAM AND THEY KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO HANDLE THINGS. MIKE'S OFFICE STAFF HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, ALWAYS KIND AND PATIENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND MILE'S TEAM TO ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR CLOSE FRIENDS.THEY EVEN WENT TO MY MOTHERS HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES TO LOOK AFTER IT WITH THE FREEZING WEATHER.
