Michael was awesome to work with. He kept me informed even when the first buyer backed out. He apologized to me but no apology was needed because it was no fault of his. He promptly got it back on the market and had a couple offers in a few days. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. I recommended him to my sister and he also sold her house. Not disappointed at all with my experience.

Mike & Colene went above and beyond our expectations! It was our first experience working with realtors and they set the bar to unimaginable heights. They were available at all times and provided critical insight, assistance & incredible negotiation skills to ensure our every need and question in the home buying process was met and answered. This was especially helpful as a military family; their understanding of the PCS process and familiarity of the needs for military families made all of the difference in our experience. We wouldn't consider recommending anyone else but Team Smith for your home buying or renting needs!

Team Smith did a fantastic job selling my home!

Michael Smith did a great job of finding my family a home. After we made the offer, Michael supported us through every step, ensuring that paperwork was taken care of and answering any questions that came up. This was my third home purchase and from start to finish Michael was the best realtor that I have ever had.

Team Smith was amazing. I was a first time home buyer and not from the area and they made the process simple and straightforward. Very professional and made me feel like they had my interests at heart at every step. I could not have asked for better. Do yourself a favor and choose Team Smith!

Team Smith (Michael & Colene) are amazing!! The knowledge they have of the process plus of the whole area we searched in is fantastic. They made our journey so easy and pleasant with their expertise, patience, & accessibility. We were very impressed with their willingness to go above & beyond to answer our questions from far away. Mike & Colene are exceptional realtors and we HIGHLY recommend them!!
