Mike and Colene provided EXCEPTIONAL support allowing for a smooth and stress free process!

I would recommend Mike and Colene, TEAM SMITH, to anyone looking to buy their dream home or forever home. They are nice, local, family people and they are a pleasure to work with.

We used Team Smith for both purchasing and selling our property, and they were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Best team in real estate I have ever had representing me. They often went above and beyond for me with advice, availability and even playing hard ball with the sellers on my behalf. I would use no one else in the future and recommend them VERY highly.

I love the hard would that was put into finding our home. We absolutely adore them. They were available whenever we wanted to look at a house. We looked at home a few times to make sure it was made for us.

Since we are out of state, we had to go by local newspaper ad. Glad we did, you guys kept on all the problems until they were taken care of finally. Leon got his check and I'm back to living my own life. Thanks! The team was always accessible for questions and solutions.
