Michael Vanderkooy was the realtor that represented the seller of the property we were interested in purchasing. From the first day he worked with us he did everything we asked of him and sometimes went above our request. I would recommend Michael and Century 21to anyone looking to sell or purchase real estate.

Michael did an outstanding job during our lookand and buying process. He showed himself to be professional and knowledgeable of the market. I would definitely refer him to a family member or friend.

Michael Vanderkooy is great. I began working with him while still living in Alabama to secure a home in east Tennessee. I changed home criteria a few times and Michael was always accommodating and flexible to fulfill my requirements. I was often reminded he worked FOR me and was always willing to speak on my behalf. A fantastic moderator between builder and myself, and a local perspective that can't cannot be discounted.

Michael was great to work with. Very thorough and turns around contracts/feedback quickly. He made the entire process a great experience.

I couldn't be happier with Michael's performance as our realtor. We would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him in the future. Thank you Michael!
