We loved working with Michael. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. He also waited a while and kept in touch until we were ready to start looking at houses again. It was a little different because we were working with a for sale by owner, but Michael was more than willing to work with us to get this house and handled everything beautifully. I was very thankful to have him as a go-between between us and the sellers. We will highly recommend him to friends and family and would definitely want to work with him in the future. Thanks, Michael!

Michael exceeded our expectations. He demonstrated genuine concern for our needs. It quickly became clear that his primary concern was making sure that we found the right property for us. He had a keen eye for structural issues we might have missed. His guidance was clearly motivated by a desire to provide excellent advice rather than earn a quick commission.

We have previously worked with Michael and felt that he would be the best fit to work with us on this new project. He is very professional, responsive, and an incredibly hard worker. Thanks Michael!

We connected with michael through a third-party website and boy are we lucky we got him! We absolutely love michael. He represents century 21 in a positive manner - reward him!!! Good people are very hard to find these days. Exceptional people are even more rare. Michael is exceptional. We feel absolutely blessed we crossed paths w michael! We highly recommend him to anyone who wants an intelligent, professional, and decent human being. We all know communication is key when dealing with real estate transactions. In a hot market it is pivotal. Michael always answered everything we had asked and his responses were always timely and thorough as he anticipated any additional questions we may have had. We know it is because of Michael that we closed on the property we wanted (in a hot craztly market) We cannot thank him enough. Other realtors could and should learn a thing or two from him. THANK YOU MICHAEL VANDERKOOY!

Michael put a lot of time, in fact late hours making sure we address all concerns and getting those important items done in a timely fashion. In addition, he made himself readily available when we need to ask him a question. He made the process easy as we were under short time frame to relocate the family. Thanks Michael!!!

Michael went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I live in Florida and he did a fabulous job helping me purchase my Knoxville condo. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a home.

Michael goes above and beyond to help the process be as smooth as possible. I have worked with Michael in the past and it has always been as if I was working with a close friend. They are an amazing group and highly recommend them!

Michael helped me and my family find the right house while making the process easy and clear for us. Great guy friendly and knows his field would 10/10 recommend
