Michael Yerxa

Working with Mike to sell our two individual homes and buy a new home together before our wedding was such an amazing experience. There were so many moving pieces and dominoes that had to fall into place, but Mike made the entire process look easy. From the start, he gave honest advice, advocated for us, and helped us feel confident and supported before, during, and even after the sales. He was always available to answer questions and guide us through every decision. Buying a home together while planning a wedding could have been stressful, but Mike made it exciting instead. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

I am convinced that the sale of my home in Northfield would not have happened so quickly & with so little stress had I worked with a realtor other than Mike After the very first walk-through, he went right to work for me developing a multi-page market analysis with selling strategy options clearly spelled out. Mike was a great communicator & very patient with my many questions as I learned realtor lingo & my role as a seller I understand now why Mike has repeat clientele. He's a great person to work with on such a big life occurrence (buying &/or selling a home). I highly recommend Mike & in fact, was handing out his business cards to anyone in need of a realtor the entire time I was working with Mike 👏👍 Much gratitude to Mike for making my experience of selling my home a memorable one...in positive ways
