If I wasn't happy the first time around (2020) I wouldn't have come back for seconds :) Michal makes what can often be a stressful experience, lighter, easier and more fun!

Graeme and I feel very blessed to have had Michal as our agent. Michal went over and above to help us find our new home, provided excellent recommendations and we could not be happier. Thank you Michal for making our move so seamless!

Michal Gook was patient and guided me throughout the purchasing journey, so that I could find a place to call my own. We saw a LOT of places along the way, and although there were times when I felt like it might not happen, he never waivered. It was great to have Michal by my side every step of the way! I will definitely use Michal as my realtor in the future and have routinely recommended him as the go to agent in the Okanagan!

Great guy very knowledgeable and patient

Michal Gook is a top tier real estate agent! Michal will go above and beyond to ensure the customer is fully satisfied!! Thanks Michal for everything!!

We purchased our house through Michal Gook and we recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a reliable and approachable agent in Kelowna and the area. Michal was available for us around the clock. Addressed our questions and concerns in a professional way. Michal also added his personal touch with a top shelf champagne and a basket of goodies when we entered our new home. You won't regret choosing Michal for your real estate needs. Juliette and Don

I would recommend Michal to anyone looking to buy or sell their property- he was efficient / friendly/ polite - most important kept me informed as to how the purchase was progressing which was important to me as I hate sitting around wondering where things stand - just the fact that he touched base with me to tell me he hadn’t heard anything so far etc....he handled the purchase with ease and confidence. Then other thing that Micah did that no other realtor has done for me in the past was to call me about a month after I moved into my new place - just to see how things are going ....very touched that he did that! You can’t go wrong using Michal as your realtor

As first time home buyers we DID NOT know where to begin! Michal made an impossible process to do alone, truly enjoyable and an experience we will not soon forget. His person-ability made us feel like more than just clients. Michal showed us to our forever home, although we are settled in for life, we will jump at any opportunity to encourage others to utilize his welcoming and personable services. Thanks Michal!

Michal was personable and professional . patient and fun all at the same time. It was quite pleasurable dealing with Michal. Michal went above and beyond throughout the purchase of our new home He even checks in with us from time to time, which we found quite admirable. We are very pleased with our purchase and with Michal.

Michal was so personable and professional from start to finish. He went above and beyond on many occasions and blew any expectations we had of a realtor out of the water. He made the whole experience easy and stress free. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases a person can make with lots of variables that are hard to anticipate and Michal was always ahead of the game making the transaction as flawless as possible. While this is not the first home we have purchased, this is the first time we have had a realtor we felt truly understood our families needs and took the time to make sure this home was right for us. He helped us find our forever home and for that we will be forever greatful!
