There aren't enough kind words to describe our amazing Realtor, Michele Kamp. From the first time she showed us the home we would eventually buy to guiding us through the sale of our previous one, she was always pleasant, kind, and genuinely caring. Michele is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a true joy to work with. She made the entire buying and selling process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell a home — she's fantastic at what she does

We had a fantastic experience working with Michele Kamp! She was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail made us feel confident every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and advocate for us throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for a better buyer's agent and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in making decisions.

Michele made the entire process as enjoyable as possible. She is very personable and was there to answer any questions I had. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

If I could give Michele 10 stars out of 5 I would. She was beyond excellent to work with! From the first meeting, she came having done her homework. She listened and understood our unique needs (we were out-of-state Sellers with an inherited property). We asked Michele to go a bit above and beyond, as we had never lived in the home, were not familiar with the neighborhood, the HOA, the local contractors, or the market. Michele is an utmost professional. She negotiated with our interests in mind. She also brought great problem solving skills when obstacles or issues arose. She immediately researched options and presented solutions. Her communication was excellent. Whatever is thrown at Michele, she will dig in and handle it beautifully, all while providing a calm and professional demeanor. She was enjoyable to work with. If you have a chance to work with Michele on a purchase or sale, you will not be disappointed. She will treat you like family.

We can’t say enough about Michele. From the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us with this home. What really set her apart was how she helped with the extremely frustrating process we faced with our lender. There were delays, miscommunications, and a lot of uncertainty, but Michele never gave up. She was our advocate every step of the way, constantly checking in, pushing for answers, and keeping us calm when we felt like walking away. She truly helped us get to the finish line!

Michele was very knowledgeable and professional. She was on top of every detail and communicated every step of the way.

Michele was amazing, she was so patient as we worked through the process of viewing houses, making offers and finally finding our dream home. She was flexible in her hours of availability which was so valuable to me as a client with a busy job and toddler. Would recommend her to others and hope to work with her again soon when I convince my in laws to move closer to our new home!

Michele Kamp really provided us with a wonderful experience when selling the home. She is very sincere and trustworthy and friendly. Anytime we needed her help or knowledge, we could get a hold of her, and she'd communicate it in a way that gave us a much broader scope. She sat down with us to give us options, and her input helped seal the deal. And when she said something was going to get done, it got done. When I plan to get a new home, I will certainly be asking for her help, assistance, and knowledge.
