Michele has many years of experience in home sales. She dealt with a challenging time to list my house during Covid and she offered additional help such as a pre-inspection. She was always available and kept me updated on all showings, always following up with the showing realtors and providing me with feedback. Michele is knowledgable, organized, helpful, and proactive. I will seek her help if I have future real estate needs.

Michele was very helpful in consulting us on all aspects of the home purchasing process. Her knowledge and understanding gave us a sense of confidence in the multiple decisions that had to be made. Very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly agent.

Thank you for everything you did for us Michele! You seriously made this moving process so easy - building a new home can be challenging, especially since we are in a completely different state, but your communication and referrals was exactly what we needed and very appreciated.

I would highly recommend Michele. She is an excellent listener and it was a pleasure working with her. Michelle was my listing realtor and she had professional pictures taken of the property. She created online social media campaigns and held open houses. The property sold quickly and for what I was looking for. I cannot say enough good things about her. A Plus Service!

Michele came recommended from several colleagues. She was knowledgable of the Tampa area and through out the process it was low stress which was crucial for me as a first time home buyer. Would recommend her.

The best realtor around town. Gave us all the information we needed and made sure everything went perfect.

Michele Lersch made our whole Real Estate experience wonderful! She was very attentive to all our needs, desires and was always there for us during the stressful parts of the process that always accompanies RE transactions. Michele’s in depth knowledge of the local area with costs, taxation/HOA fees, growth and efficient/effective/expeditious relationships with lenders and attorneys was the icing on the cake with our RE experience with Michele Lersch. Michele is on the top of our list for recommendations to friends, relatives and acquaintances.

Michele Lersch is a very knowledgeable and professional agent. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend her.
