We originally were going to try and sell FSBO or with a discount broker. However, my neighbor, Michelle convinced me to sit down with her over coffee, and I'm so glad that I did. She had done her homework... she came with a market analysis, property history, her personal stats, a marketing plan, and how we were probably leaving money on the table at the price we were considering. It was compelling and we signed on with her the next day. We sold within two days of going live. Not only is she professional, communicates well, and is a master at her craft, she definitely represented us well during negotiations (and it didn't hurt to have C-21 behind her name). And on top of all of that... she is the sweetest person. It was a pleasure working with Michelle and I will miss having her as our neighbor.

Michelle always conducts herself in a professional manner. Our home sale and purchase of a new build was incredibly complicated and she was always accessible to us to help navigate the complexities whether it was with the realtor of our buyers or with the builder. Even when we were stressed out she was able to come in and communicate for us in a calm and professional way that helped us keep the transaction rolling without unnecessary emotion taking over.
