I have used Michelle in the past for several transactions and once again, she shined far above the rest. Michelle is an absolute professional, very well organized, over the top helpful and incredibly knowledgable about everything real eastate from A-Z. The process with Michelle is seemless and she makes everything about a stressful situation so much easier. I am always glad to have Michelle in my corner knowing that everything is thought out and well planned in advance making the sale or purchase so much easier. Insurance, tax portability, utilities and communicating with several professionals to keep the ball rolling.

Michelle work with me during the process of selling the house. I can not thank her enough. Withou her I don't think I would have survived this process. Thank you Michelle.

We've worked with Michelle before and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. She's professional, trustworthy, and always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Michelle Distefano is very professional, knowledgeable, you can tell she has a lot of experience in Real Estate transactions, patient. She new the right price for the property, from the start. It took longer to sell because we as sellers were pricing the house too high. I would definitely use Ms. Distefano again for a Real Estate transaction. Thank You. Wishing you the best, Delia & Alberto Rigual

Thank you again to Michelle. She has helped us buy and sell many houses in the area (as well as taking care of the buying and selling of houses by our daughter and son in law). She is the only person we would use in the area! The saddest part of this sale was that we have moved to Washington and will no longer be able to use her services. We will continue to recommend her to all of our friends in the area though.

Michelle is knowledgeable of the ever changing housing market. Our house was under contract within days, closed on time, and we were very much involved every step of the way. Michelle is the best for both buying and selling your home!

Michelle went above and beyond to assist me with my home.

My experience with Michel was very good, excellent professional. gracias Michel Distefano
