Michelle was great in helping my wife and I find a house in Cape Coral. We are a Canadian family that was looking for a house in the Fort Myers region. We could not come in person to visit the houses so Michelle took care of everything. She gave us video tours of each house we wanted to look at and this was very valuable to us since you don’t get the full picture of a house by simply looking at the pictures. Michelle would also research the area we were looking into and tell us about the services and the schools that our son could potential be going to. In today’s market promptness is essential to get the house we wanted. When we saw the listing we reached out to Michelle in the evening. The list included phone numbers, website and detailed instructions what we need for the transfer. Since we did not know Florida well enough she has guided us and gave us all the information we needed. We are so happy that we chose Michelle as our agent. She made buying our first home in Florida a truly enjoyable experience.
