We were buying from out of town. Michelle was very prompt in conducting a virtual walk through which she did very well. She was great at answering any questions and encouraged us to ask as many as we needed. She assisted us in obtaining a home inspection and insurance connection. She was helpful and prompt during the offer and continued to be helpful during the entire purchase/closing/signing process. During the virtual walk through we discovered a problem with a roller shutter, she was very quick to make several calls and resolved the issue immediately. Michelle was proactive, visited the condo on several occasions for us and was extremely helpful. She was always helpful, pleasant and very encouraging in having us ask questions.
