Michelle was on top of it for me as a first time home buyer. She helped me look and tell me if house were still for sale or not on sites such as zillow. And through all of here work, made the home buying process extremely easy.

This was my first home and I was honestly a bit nervous with the buying process. But just from the initial introduction/phone call, I could tell that she had my best interest in mind, was very experienced with the process and was going to be a joy to work with. And boy did she exceed my expectations! The whole process, from beginning to end, was VERY smooth and painless. She explained everything clearly, listened to any questions/comments/concerns I had and she made every effort to meet my needs. I would recommend her to anyone, a hundred times over!

Michelle was so helpful as our realtor, she's very knowledgeable about the area and friendly. She was very good at pointing out issues with each home and making sure we knew if she thought it would be worth it to fix. Or if she thought the seller was asking more than was reasonable for a given home. We bought a home that didn't have a selling agent so she also helped the seller on our behalf. She's even offered to help find contractors for various things since our home purchase as well. She's definitely in it for the long haul. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase and Michelles ability as a realtor. I would particularly recommend her to first time buyers who have little construction or home maintenance knowledge. Or someone initially moving into the area. I am going to be recommending her to friends and family for sure.
