I have been a professional industrial automation, drives sales and technician for many years. I know who is a professional or not. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about Michelle or her team.

She was very patient and understanding. She answered all my questions and helped me get things done while I was in another state. Michelle is the best.

Working with michelle made shopping for houses a simple task, even fun. Everything i thought i knew about buying a house did not occur because she made the process smooth and easy

We chose to come to Century 21 following positive advice from family and friends. We didn't shop around for real estate agents - we simply walked in the front door and Michelle Fitzgerald took us from there. She asked us about what we were looking for and gave us an explanation about what to expect and how things would go as we started looking at properties. She told us that she'd been working in real estate for about a decade in Beloit, and it was important to us that the person we worked with had experience and knew the area since this was our first home, so we were glad we landed with someone who had that exact experience. I never felt unable to ask questions, and I always felt respected and comfortable. I was nervous going into the process of buying a home because I was concerned I might feel pressured to make an offer, or do something that might not be what I really wanted. Michelle stated multiple times that she was looking out for our best interests, and we could tell she certainly was.

Michelle was exceptional in providing us a welcoming and easy experience throughout the home buying process. As first time homebuyers we had our concerns, but she helped reassure us and helped in any way that she could. After some trial and tribulations with other potential homes we finally landed on a home we are extremely happy to make our own. We would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a reliable realtor.

Thank you for helping me and my fiance Michelle! You helped my parents and now you helped me. I'll definitely come back to you in the future.

Michelle Fitzgerald came highly recommended, and she exceeded that recommendation. Her attention to detail, level of knowledge, and desire to help her clients are exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
