Michelle Glantz had excellent communications with my wife and I during the time we worked with her. I am currently serving in the U.S. Army and due to my military obligations I was forced to be away from the purchased of the home. However, Michelle Glantz kept me informed with e-mails, text, and phone calls and she help my spouse understand the process all the way until the closing date. It was a VA Home Loan, and the loan processors kept requiring that I provide last minute military documents and asking me to redo procedures that have already been done.
