When we didn't understand something she made sure to expain it till we understood. We were selling our parents home so there was alot involved and a very emotional time for us. She followed up on items and kept us informed at all times and continued to answer questions or concerns. Michelle made us feel like family , she went above and beyond to meet our needs.
