Michelle was organized, pleasant and competant with a strong marketing plan.

Michelle Gredling was a pleasure to work with while searching for our new property. I would highly recommend giving her a call if you are looking to buy or sell real estate in the Edmonton area. Michelle worked hard for us and we are very happy with the outcome.

She was perfect for our situation. It's nerve wracking going through this process without knowing what to do and nobody to reach out for help, but Michelle made the process so smooth and answered any of the hundreds of questions I had. She made us feel comfortable and excited buying our first home. We enjoyed working with her and couldn't recommend her enough.

Michelle is very personable, great at communicating and very organized in the process.

Michelle was fantastic to deal with to buy our first home. She was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very friendly. We will be quick to call her again when we are in the market again!

We loved working with Michelle Gredling for the sale and purchase of our home. She responded to our texts and emails promptly at all times of the day. Michelle understood the current market and helped us set our selling and purchasing prices. When we were looking for inspectors, mortgage specialists, renovation companies and maintenance people, Michelle was able to put us in contact with someone in each specialty quickly and efficiently. She was procative in findling solutions to some items in the house inspection. Michelle was always ontime to show us a house, took others through our home several times, and lead the open house professionally. If we ever have to buy or sell another home, Michelle will be our first call!

As first time home buyers we did not have a strong understanding of the home buying process. Michelle Gredling simplified the entire process, she really got to know what we wanted and didn't want. We never once felt that Michelle was working for her commission, she worked hard to get us the best deal on our purchase. We have already referred Michelle to family members whom she also helped to get the best deal on their purchase. We will continue to refer Michelle Gredling to friends and family as she truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your life, and Michelle makes the process smooth and keeps everything flowing. She is calm under pressure, and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. She's honest about the homes that people view giving her opinion on areas of concern or awesome aspects of the home you are viewing. I will definitely recommend Michelle to anyone I meet looking to purchase a home. Thank you Michelle!
