We are relocating from out of state, so due to that, and how quickly houses are selling, we didn't have the opportunity to view homes in person so we relied heavily on Michelle to view homes/neighborhoods for us. She always gave us her honest input on the areas and the homes to ensure we would be happy and that it would be the right fit for our needs and our family. She was very responsive (even when we texted her at 9PM at night!) and she always remained positive, even when we weren't (we had put offers on 2 different houses before finally getting our 3rd offer accepted). She's very familiar with the Columbus area and knows what different areas have to offer, and she was able and willing to answer any questions we had on any part of the process from offer to closing.
