The overall performance of Michelle Jones was very good.

Very thorough, professional, keeing the line of communication open, response time to questions asked being impressive and being upfront from start to ending of the transaction. Michelle Jones is truly an asset to Century 21 and to the clients that she served. It was truly a pleasure in working with her.

Michelle Jones was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking at and about the house we wanted to purchase also! She answered all questions and if she didn't know something, she found out and got back to us quickly! She also made our purchase happen quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend her to others! She held our keys for us for about 6 months until we were able to get here and then had our house opened up for us the day of our arrival! Thanks Michelle!!!

Michelle was on the ball to get my home on the market. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the sale of my home and moving to another state. I would recommend her to anyone who was concidering moving. I feel Michelle is an empathetic and caring person...I would have loved to have met her earlier than with selling my home. She would have been a good, caring friend to have known All I can say is that I believe Michelle is a treasure that Century 21 Action Group is lucky to have

Michelle Jones was the best. She answered all my questions and did a excellent job.
