Michelle was phenominal from start to finish! She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, & was always available to answer my questions. From day one I was impressed! She showed up prepared & provided a folder with the sellers disclosure, her bio, & other printed documents. She even called to go over the contract/offer verbally. No other realtor had done any of this for me in the past. I always had to be the one to ask for the sellers disclosure or more info on a property. She went above & beyond. I would highly recommend giving her an opportunity to represent you. Century 21 is lucky to have an agent like Michelle. She is very caring and its evident she enjoys working with all her clients. She provided top notch service and I would absolutely go through her again.
