Michelle was a pleasure to work with. After learning what we were looking for she set up an automated search that met our parameters, adjusting them as needed. She was incredibly considerate with getting us showings around our busy schedules. Michelle was open and knowledge about the entire process, sharing pieces of information as we went on our home buying journey so we were not overwhelmed all at once. She showed us around a dozen homes before we found one we liked, being patient with us the whole time. When we did find the one we wanted, she helped get us to closing quickly - in time for our honeymoon. Her knowledge of loan agencies, title companies, handymen, contractors, and local services continue to help us as we move in. We would strongly recommend Michelle for anyone looking for a home, especially first time buyers who maybe intimidated by the process- she will make it easy for you.

I (we) can't say enough about Michelle. From the process of buying then selling our home, Michelle was incredible! Clear, frequent communication. Her knowledge certainly made things easier. But probably most importantly was her patience. Her patience with me, her patience with other agents. Her professionalism is top notch. There's not a single doubt that if I'm back in the DFW market, she'll be the only agent we call to represent us. I wish I could express enough how awesome she was especially since we had to move overseas before the house sold. Thank you, Michelle, for putting up with me and the frustrating parts that were out of our control. You're the best!!

We love Michelle. We would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. From start to finish she is amazing.

Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find our new home! We cannot say enough about her dedication and effort. She made herself available to show us several homes, accommodating our schedule for tours. Whenever we had questions, Michelle was quick to respond with helpful answers. It's quite evident that Michelle is very knowledgeable about the DFW area markets. She is both professional and friendly. She ensured that all our needs were met and guided us through each step of the process. We cannot express how thankful we are to have had Michelle assist us in our home-buying decision. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone in need of a realtor! Best regards, Michael and Yolanda Morgan

My husband and I can't say enough about Michelle. She was the epitome of professionalism! Michelle is very knowledgeable and guided us through each step of the process while our house was on the market. She is very thorough and kept us informed with any updates. Michelle was always available for any questions we had along the way. She demonstrated her realtor skills by marketing effectively, holding open houses, and ensuring we were competitive in this tough market. Our house sold within 30 days! We highly recommend Michelle Lin!

Michelle Lin is very attentive to questions and concerns. Throughout the entire process she always treated me as an important client.

We were debating to either build, buy new, or pre-owned. My mom, whom had already known Michelle for years recommended her to us. After working with her we realized why my mom sent us her contact info! She is sweet, listens to your needs, and very responsive! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to find a new home. It took us around 3-4 months before settling on a home. As first time homeowners, we had many stressful moments, but if you express your concerns to Michelle she will help you work through it and plan your next steps. She works with you at your own pace and I never felt pressured to actually purchase a home just because. We eventually closed on a home in Mansfield which, she helped every step of the way, even helped us visit the home to check on progress and quality of work. I hope someone can see this testimonial and consider working with her!

Michelle was absolutely amazing to work with. She made every step of the way as easy as possible for all parties involved. I would highly recommend her.

Michelle was amazing! She answered any and all questiones we had and made the home buying process so easy. She fought for us and helped to make sure we were taken care of in every situation. We will for sure use Michelle again!
