She referred us to a knowledgeable lender on renovation loans and only set us up for success when we had to navigate a multiple offer situation where our offer won! Purchasing during a sale is difficult, especially when it is contingent on selling your home first. That didn’t seem to affect Michelle much, as not even a full week after going under contract for the sale of my home, did we find the perfect place that checked off nearly all the boxes on our ridiculously long list. We saw more than 20 properties over the course of a few weeks and Michelle always was upbeat and happy when doing so. Michelle truly made an investment in us. Before the sale of condo, it require some real renovation's to bring it to is potential and maximum purchase price. It was a real financial commitment to make and to some degree risk. However, Michelle, explained in detail the most economical improvements to make, provide us with great professionals to complete the work. As a result, we needed us selling in 10 days and cleared the inspection with flying colors cause of all the diligence and hard work invested in our place. According to my calculations, the renovation cost was more than returned with our sale. I it was alot of work. I felt very comfortable with Michelle advise and guidance throughout the process. She was a pleasure to work with. I am thrilled with the experience that Michelle gave us overall. From hearing from so many people just how much work goes into the buying/selling moving process. Words do not give it true meaning until your in it. Michelle was such a great guide and advocate of ours through the process. I feel everyone has a uncomfortable aspect of the process. For me it was having to purchase and make an offer before our first open house and being temporarily financially exposed. Michelle was amazing at helping us through that transition even though it was short. She gave us just the right amount of confidence in what we were putting forth and I am grateful for her representation and our outcome.
