Michelle Schroeder was fantastic to work with! She was patient answering all my questions at every step of the way and provided helpful insight when it was time to make decisions. I am incredibly happy with my new home and Michelle and her recommended partners were a joy to work with to make it possible. I have hold absolutely recommend Michelle, especially for first time buyers!

Michelle delivered exactly on what she promised, achieving our real estate goal. We had our number in mind when selling; and Michelle’s expertise in the market and an understanding of the seller and buyer side helped us exceed what we hoped to gain from the sale. Could not recommend Michelle enough!

Michelle Schroeder helped us buy our dream home! We were very happy with her attention to detail and knowledge. When I would get stuck on something, she always had a solution. She went above and beyond in many areas to make the experience easy. Thanks, Michelle!

Michelle made the first-time home buying experience a breeze with her expert knowledge and friendly attitude! She was patient in answering all of our questions, did excellent work to make each step seamless, and empowered us to make the best decisions for ourselves with helpful advice along the way. Michelle also provided wonderful references that were fantastic to work with in the process. She came strongly recommended by a colleague, and would be happy to echo that recommendation!

It seemed like we were her only clients even though I know she had many more. I appreciated the focused effort on her part.

Michelle was terrific to work with from start to finish. In a very stressful time, Michelle went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible on us and we were very pleased with the result!

I started working with MIchelle in October 2020 before I knew when I would have to be out of my current apartment. I had no idea what I was doing or what I was looking for. I have never owned property before. Michelle was amazing! She was calm, kind, supportive, and professional. She never rushed me and kept my spirits up when I was sure I would never find a place. She listened actively, reflecting what I was saying back to me so that I could more easily identify what I wanted in a new home. Although she would never say what I should do, Michelle protected me from making bad decisions by sharing real estate facts (no, I should not simply trust repairs for which no permit had been pulled and no receipts retained) and helping me better understand the process. At the end, I was trying to decide between two properties that were about 100,000 apart in price. She did not pressure me to make an offer on the more expensive property. Instead, she actively reflected back to me what she heard me saying and I selected the less expensive condo. She knew it was more "me," and waited patiently for me to figure it out by myself. Michelle and I looked at properties almost every week for almost 8 months. She never got fed up with my indecision. She consistently reminded me that I learned something important at every property I visited. I am so grateful for her knowledge and so excited that I have my very first owned home! Thank you, Michelle!

Michelle was everything and more than I would expect from a real estate agent. Literally every aspect of our search/buying experience was smooth and unexpectedly easy. I honestly think (know) that Michelle is a huge reason why it was that way. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else Michelle is always willing to help with anything we needed. Not only did she help but seemed to go above and beyond any expectations. She is always cheerful, motivated, insightful and willing to do whatever it takes to make her clients happy. She made the home buying experience fun and exciting I’ve heard stories of how difficult and tedious the home buying experience can be but our experience was fun and a breeze. Michelle is so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns thoroughly. We felt comfortable throughout the entire process and knew what to expect and what steps to take all at the good advice of Michelle. Thank you for everything!

Michelle and I started our search for my perfect home about a year ago and right upfront she wow'ed me with her professionalism, knowledge and friendly attitude. She always had time to answer any questions or concerns I had and made the process as smooth as possible. When it came to writing offers and the contingency of the condo, Michelle went above and beyond with her duties as my realtor. She connected me with Lenders, Inspectors, attorneys and more which all worked super well not only with myself but with Michelle. I could not have done this process on my own and I am super thankful for her. I would work with her again in a heart beat.

Michelle was fantastic through and through. This was my first time purchasing a home and I entered the process unsure of whether I would go through with it. Michelle went at my pace the entire time. She was communicative and thoughtful during the search, and listened to me throughout to get a better sense of what was important to me. Michelle is patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind - if I ever started looking again, I know who I'd call. Thank you Michelle!
