Michelle recently helped us find our first home! As first time home buyers there was a lot to learn. Michelle patiently explained the whole process to us and helped connect us to a team of great attorneys and a great mortgage broker as well. Michelle stuck with us through multiple multiple-offer situations, and in the end found us the most perfect home! We were able to close in less than 30 days (including two holidays!) thanks to Michelle and the amazing team she helped set us up with. We love our new home so much and are so grateful for Michelle and all she did to find us the perfect home! We couldn't have done it without her.

Michelle was always reachable by text and email, answered all of our silly first-time buyer questions, had an excellent grasp of all aspects of the home search and buying process, and calmed our many anxieties throughout our time together. She is an absolute dream!

Michelle has a vast knowledge of the industry and I knew that she would be the best! She answered all of our questions and had great communication skills. She never let us feel lost along the way! From start to finish Michelle helped us to understand the home buying process. We saw about 20 houses and put in 2 offers before finally finding our first home, but we never lost hope! Michelle kept a positive attitude every time we saw a listing or a home. She explained the difference between foreclosure, contingent houses, and listenings that had gone back on the market. Michelle also helped us to find a great Mortgage Lender and inspector which was important for a smooth process. I would highly recommend working with Michelle if you want someone knowledgable, reliable, and who is a pleasure to work with.

Michelle has been hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Unlike a lot of agents, Michelle doesn't just send you an automated MLS update everyday -- she calls you. She checks in with you. She's actually invested in you! She'll provide research and metrics on buildings and neighborhoods. And she'll go completely out of her way to make sure you understand the process. I was relocating from NYC to Chicago, and Michelle was a total ninja. I only had a long weekend in Chicago to find a condo, and Michelle devoted all four days to me, staying true to a packed schedule but also finding ways to book showings for newly listed properties. She is so dedicated, so reliable, and is just a complete joy to work with.  Also, to top it all off, my search for a condo occurred during Covid, so there was the added stress of social distancing/staying safe with hand sanitizer and masks. Michelle navigated this challenge with such ease and caution, adding "immense thoughtfulness" to her long list of attributes.

Michelle was a fantastic realtor — she was incredibly attentive to all of our needs and made sure that we got the best deal on our new home and that we got a fair price on our old one. Especially considering that all this was happening while the world was in the throes of COVID-19, I don't think our experience could have possibly been easier. I have personally recommended Michelle to friends and would absolutely work with her again in the future.

Michelle was wonderful throughout the whole process. She listened to our needs and helped us with every aspect. She would check-in with us and advocated for us. She had great communication and was very easy to work with. We love Michelle!

There was no question that we would work with Michelle Schroeder. Her knowledge combined with her professional and positive demeanor made her the perfect combination of someone we wanted to work with. We felt informed at every step in the process. Michelle was able to answer any questions we had and help us manage any concerns we had during the process. She was our advocate throughout this process. She also helped us connect with a wonderful team; from inspector, to lender, to attorney. The entire process was so wonderful and smooth. We appreciated everything Michelle did to help make that happen!

Michelle provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. she was diligent and helpful at every step of the way. She made herself available on nights and weekends and provided outstanding service.i would recommend her without hesitation and would use her again on our next sale or purchase.
