Michelle was great during the entire process. Not only did she answer all of my questions and take time to explain things to us, she also recommended a lender that was much more responsive to us. The recommendation of the lender made a huge difference in the process. Michelle did much of the work while on vacation. If she hadn't mentioned to us she was going on vacation we would not have known. Overall A++++++++++++++++.

Michelle really helped us bring the deal to a close in a many regards. She guided us through the process. She was patient with us as our needs and wants changed during our learning of the market in Honolulu. We are very grateful for her guidance and helpl!

First I would like to say that Michelle operates with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism which is very much appreciated. Michelle has extreme amounts of energy and takes care of every eventuality with speed and enthusiasm. Michelle is obviously respected by all other services in the industry which was evident by the responsiveness of her multitude of contacts. This helped us solve problems quickly and professionally which otherwise may have led to delays or risk to the sale. I really felt like we found a the holy grail of agents when we were working with Michelle.

This was my first sale, I trusted Michelle completely and she guided me through the sale with experience and know how, thank you!

Michelle worked hard to help us sell our home. She was easy to reach and responded quickly to our questions. Her knowledge of the Kapolei market and escrow process helped us to quickly close with the best offer. Team Van Rafelghem is a plus. Francis was super helpful as well. Met us in the beginning and provided excellent recommendations on what was best to fix up in order to sell our house.

I found working with Michelle and her team to be a very satisfying experience. From the initial interview, to the marketing, negotiating, and escrow closing, Michelle was professional, knowledgeable, and on top of the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a residential real estate agent.
