My wife and I are first time homebuyers and purchased our house through Realotor.com. New American Funding was our lender, and Mike was assigned to us to help find a home. Having Mike as a realtor was the highlight of our homebuying experience! His professionalism, and expertise are second to none. We didn't know the process very well and he patiently walked us through it step by step. If we had any questions or concerns, he would always make time to talk to us whether he was in the office or at home off the clock. I highly recommend Mike and Century 21 circle to help you find a home!

Mike was awesome! He was very attentive and eventually brought us to the closing table as promised. Great realtor!

Highly recommend Mike! He was professional, courteous, and incredibly supportive throughout the emotional process of selling our Mom's home. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, the house sold in just 10 days!

Mike was excellent to work with throughout both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. He was responsive, professional, and consistently available when questions came up. He also checked in regularly and helped keep the process moving smoothly from start to finish. His personable approach made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. We would gladly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

It was a pleasure working with Mike he was very knowledgeable and timely with the listings. We were together 6 months on the grind and he didn't let us down. We finally closed on a home that we're happy with. I would definitely go with him again in the future!!!

Mike Cacovski helped us find our home in Northwest Indiana three years ago while we were living nearly four hours away. He always made himself available whenever we were going to be in the area and truly listened to our needs. Each time we visited, he had a well-planned schedule of homes ready for us to see. Thanks to Mike’s dedication and guidance, we were able to purchase the home we wanted at a price that worked for us. Three years later, when my husband was transferred to another state, Mike was the very first person we thought of to help us sell our home. Once again, he exceeded our expectations — we received four offers within the first week, all well over the asking price. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone buying or selling a home. Not only was he an outstanding Realtor, but he also became a good friend to us.
