Having worked with other realtors in the past, I can say I found MY realtor in Mike! Mike is very knowledgeable, helpful, and was always willing to do his best to accommodate my schedule. Constant communication to make sure we were still heading in the right direction, he answered every question I had or made sure he would find the person who did have the answer. Buying a home is never easy but with Mike you feel like you have all the tools you need on your side.

Mike helped us find our first home, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. From our initial consultation, to closing day, Mike kept open and constant communication, and really took the time to listen to, and address, our needs. I've gotten to know Mike for roughly 10 1/2 years when he sold us our first house in nwi, in that time he had always stayed in contact whether it be to check in if he was ever needed or to wish happy birthdays to our family. Mike Cacavski was a great realtor for us. We did a couple of showings over a few months. We found a condo for sale by owner listing go live the week of Thanksgiving, and all in just 30 days we saw the condo, had our offer accepted, got our loan approved, and closed on the condo just in time for the new year and our first wedding anniversary. Again, all of that within just 30 days and during the busy holiday season!!! Amazing! Thank you Mike for being quick and efficient! Mike was extremely helpful! As a first time home buyer and having to buy my property completely online it seemed like a really stressful process. Since I'm active duty military, I wasn't able to physically be there for the process but once I started working with Mike he helped me every step of the way. He really made the process of buying my house as stress and worry free as it can possibly be.
