Mike Carruthers

Mike Carruthers did a wonderful job in selling my home. Mike priced my home right. The whole process was less than a month and offers within the 1st week. My experience was very positive. Great team indeed!

Mike Carruthers did an excellent job selling our home. All of the details were handled prior to listing the property. The brochure was excellent, the photograph and staging really showed our home in the most positive light. The people that looked at our home were serious and Mike didn't waste our time with unqualified buyers. He had a good sense of our priorities and directed the sales process accordingly. He knew when to communicate with us and when to make decisions. Mike is a real professional and I recommend him without reservation.

Mike was a consummate professional in all ways. The best realtor we’ve ever worked with. Again, Mike was a hard-working, attentive professional, excellent in all ways. Would definitely use Mike and Coldwell again.
