We set about to search for a home to buy in our previous area and a friend of ours recommended Mike Frederickson to us. He was a pleasure to work with and in our house hunt he was very knowledgeable and would point out good and bad things about each house. It helped us make our choice very easy on which house we chose. Sadly, not long after purchasing we had to move and rent the home out. We contacted Mike on a couple occasions when we had to the itch to sell, and although it wasn’t the right time for us, he was readily able to answer our questions. When it did come time to sell, he made everything a breeze. During the process of selling our house, we were also in the process of buying a home states away. It was a stressful time in general but being far away and trying to buy was very difficult. We wished we could’ve had Mike as our buying agent in the other state! Thankfully everything worked out and at least selling our house with Mike was easy peasy!
