Mike did pretty much everything for us. He was always available. He kept ahead with everything. Mike was amazing. He was very patient with me. Especially, since it was my very first home and I am not good with understanding a lot of documentation. He was patient with my work schedule and understanding I could not send some things in immediately but as soon as I did he checked on it no matter the time. He called and allowed me to call anytime of the day. Mike was very understand with me needing my aunts available in my decision and was very polite when my nephews had to come with us anywhere.
