The first weekend our home was on the market we received several offers and chose the full price offer. We were out of town that weekend and Mike kept us up-to-date on how many visits there were to the house and discussed the offers we had received. Mike also replaced a smoke detector that was chirping causing some pleasantry for folks looking at the house. I don't know of any other realtor who would have done the same thing.
