We knew selling our home was going to be a challenge, because we currently live in Germany. We briefly returned to Texas to move our household goods into storage and then prepare our home to be put on the market. All of this was done right smack in the middle of one of the worst winter storms Texas has ever seen! Throw in COVID-19 aggravations to really make it fun. And we were on a time crunch to get back to Germany. Of course, Mike Friedman superbly and professionally took care of all the things that you can expect of a premiere seller's agent. But it was all the other myriad things Mike did for us that was extraordinary.... above and beyond first class! From touch-up painting, to arranging a cleaning team and an outstanding photographer, to pressure washing the patio, to helping with pool maintenance and landscaping in the midst of sub-freezing temperatures, Mike did it all. He also handled a bunch of other aggravating things like taking stuff to Goodwill, disposing of paint and cleaning supplies and other hazardous materials that the moving company was not allowed to put in storage. We truly believe we would not been able to sell our home without Mike's superb customer service focus and his response to our unexpected needs.
