As out of town clients, Mike's help was invaluable to our decision making. He went way above and then some at taking care of all our needs. We couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism.

Mike Gingerich is highly professional and thorough. I would recommend him 100% to anyone wishing to move to Saskatoon or those looking for a new home within Saskatoon. We were moving from British Columbia and Mike removed the distance between us by being our eyes on the ground. He is warm, highly ethical, and listened to our needs.

Mike was the greatest! He was professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. We can't recommend him enough!

Mike is good at what he does. He was thorough in showing us properties for educational purposes as we were first time buyers. He wasn't pushy, and showed us both the good and the bad with each property. He was clear and concise with communications, and all went smoothly. Overall working with Mike Gingerich was a great experience!
