Mike was awesome. He offered great advice and made everything seem easy Mike was very professional and always available to answer questions

As one of Mike's pickiest clients, he has always been patient and willing to go to bat for me in finding, purchasing and selling properties of mine. Mike has been very professional and fastidious as my real estate professional. I won't hesitate contacting Mike for my next real estate venture!

Mike is a genial, able and likeable young man and he got the job done in short order. What's not to like?

We appreciated Mike promptly answering our questions, suggesting quality referrals for legal and financing professionals, as well as his insight into local market conditions. When he found a property that matched our requirements he worked diligently to ensure our offer went through quickly.

The possession date on the sale of our house and the possession date of our new place was an issue because it meant living in an airbnb for 2 plus weeks with a cat, dog and handicapped child. We chose to go this route and Mike was very helpful in making suggestions of where to look for temporary accommodation. He also checked in to see how things were going. Mike was really prompt at responding to our inquiries and ensuring us that the sale of our house will happen despite our doubts. And the sale did happen in 3 days with a sale price we were happy with!!! We would recommend Mike to others.

Mike was exceptional! He priced our house fairly, was always available for communication and went over and above to try and give us the best experience possible. Would definitely work with him again! Thanks Mike!!
