It was obvious after initially talking with Mike, he was knowledgeable in his field of work and the area he served. Mike and Laura went above and beyond to help me find and secure the purchase of my new home. The handling of all required paperwork and documents was expeditiously submitted to and fro between Mike, Laura, myself, and the seller. Mike and Laura exemplified the utmost desirable characteristics in what a broker should be. An excellent rating is not high enough for these two. When initially in the office, I was met quickly and warmly greeted. Refreshments were served and my comfort was ensured. Any and all questions and/or concerns I had or voiced was promptly addressed and resolved by Mike and Laura. It was obvious to me they were extremely knowledgeable brokers. Their knowledge and experience comforted me and I NEVER felt the need to question their guidance.

I really enjoyed working with Laura and Mike Mcneese on the purchase of my home. They both were quick to assist me with any questions I had about the home buying and purchase process. They worked quickly with my loan officer to get my home under contract. They were patient and didn't rush me into any decisions. An example of how great the Mcneese would assist their clients is how Laura Mcneese and Mike Mcneese both crawled back in the crawl space to check the flooring of the home for me. That showed that they really cared about what their client would be buying.
